"Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was. House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back! "Pros: The villa was beautiful and clean. Was concerned as wasn’t many reviews but there was no need! Everything you need was supplied and more. Fantastic host who was friendly and very helpful who spoke fluent English. The pictures do not do the villa justice as simply stunning and was a perfect escape for my family. Amazing holiday. Cons: The roads along some of the mountain routes can be challenging. More a Croatia issue but thought I would mention so to warn those driving to check routes to maybe consider more user friendly options. Can’t list any faults with property really." ~Rachael

"Pros: Location of the property is just what we wanted and needed - secluded house near the forest and with a lot of private area, which was perfect for our dog. Cons: Basically we paid for 5 adults for the whole house and were only two with a dog, so, in order to be fair, we didn’t even enter top floor with additional rooms but only one bedroom, living room and the kitchen. We even vacuumed and cleaned after ourselves so the host doesn’t have to clean too much after us and our dog. After all, we still were charged 20€ per night for the dog, which was, in my opinion, not fair. On top of everything, we didn’t want to mention that we found empty bottles of beer in the fireplace (place to roast meat) and used cigarettes, even when we checked in at 19:30, not at 15 as it is written in property policies. There were 2 TVs that were not working at all, too. Now that we think it was not fair to charge for the dog after everything we encountered, I had to write completely honest review." ~Valentina
