The property is exactly as depicted in the photos, with the bonus of a sunsail that provides pleasant shade during the day. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from arrival. Communication from the first email to our departure was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. The house is situated at the end of a quiet street, ensuring peace with minimal traffic pass by each day. The spacious pool was a fantastic alternative to the beach, offering a private oasis for relaxation. Lying next to the pool, we felt completely immersed in the surrounding forest, almost as if we had lost ourselves in nature. The house itself boasts a beautifully designed bathroom, adding to the overall comfort and luxury of the stay. For families, this house is perfect. We visited with our two children and found the setup ideal. The house was spotless, with clean, comfortable mattresses that exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, spices, and welcome drinks in the fridge. Towels, bath towels, and a washing machine were all provided, making our stay even more convenient. The house has also a garage so we didn't worry about our car. We found everything we needed nearby, from small and large supermarkets to excellent restaurants. In summary, this house offers a perfect blend of forest seclusion and modern comfort. It’s an idyllic retreat for those seeking privacy and relaxation. "Pros: A cosy countryside getaway within a 40 minute drive of Split. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Sinj. The location was wonderful and rural. Quite. Just what we wanted. There are neighbouring animals nearby which my daughter loved. Chickens, goats, cows etc.. and the neighbours were friendly. Great walks around the village. At the house we had everything we needed to celebrate NYE with family. BBQ, a fireplace that kept the place cosy. Great supply of hot water and the owner was very kind and helpful. We also had a welcome gift on arrival and they had a decorated Christmas tree for us during our stay. Cons: Everything was great at the accommodation. Unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal as it was too foggy and damp to use the adrenaline park but it's the perfect reason to visit again :)" ~Richella
