I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the apartment, for which we paid approximately 90 euros per night. Unfortunately, the standard of the accommodation did not match the price we paid, and we encountered a number of significant issues in the apartment.
The apartment was noticeably outdated, with furniture and equipment that were decades old. Both my son and I experienced allergic reactions, likely due to the presence of mold and dust mites. Additionally, the apartment lacked basic kitchen essentials, such as dinner knives and a cutting board, which we had to borrow from the neighbors.
Other issues included:
The shutters were difficult to open, and the outdoor blinds could not be properly secured.
The lock on the front door was rusty.
There was no follow-up from the owners or staff during our stay to check on our satisfaction.
In light of these circumstances, I have recorded a video that highlights the mentioned deficiencies. I intend to share this material publicly online if appropriate steps are not taken to address the situation. I am sending the video for your review.
