Guests benefit from free use of 4 mountain bikes. Covering an area of 11000 m², the property includes an oak grove with a jogging trail and a professional mini golf course with 9 holes. The accommodation consists of 2 houses with separate entrances and air-conditioned interiors. Satellite TV is provided. There are 4 garage parking places on site, as well as a recreational area with exercise equipment, table football, table tennis, badminton and garden chess. The amateur golf course features 2 holes at an 80-metre distance. A mini-market is 200 metres away, and there is a restaurant 2 km away. The town of Pula and several beaches can be found within a 10 km radius. The location is also suitable for visiting other picturesque Istrian towns and the natural beauties of the peninsula.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 01 Jan 2024 until Sat 04 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival.
