"Pros: It was clean Cons: The only reason why we stayed in this appartement was because the agency wouldnt refund our 50 % deposit after the owner refused to accept the dog in the bigger apartment (clearly marked on booking as pet friendly). In the end, this was the least of our problems in the 5 days we stayed here. The owner of the house was invading our privacy constantly, coming to our terrace, monitored how long the dog is alone in the appartement, she knew hours when we were coming in and out, she shouted in a very agressieve tone at me and my husband (even though he doesnt speak Croatian) from the second we checked in. She was off by 10 years how old we are, so I guess that gave her the right to shout at us and treat as we were her (grand)children. On several occasions she told us in the morning after seeing us taking out groceries that we can not use the outdoor bbq because there are forest fires in Dalmatia and she doesnt want to be responsible if we set Vis on fire (I wish I was joking about this one). Then she would tell us in the evening that she changed her mind. While my husband was grilling on the day we arrived, she was standing behind his back, giving instructions and would not leave him alone. Bbq was in use every night by other guests and herself! To conclude this horrible experience, the appartement facilities are outdated, using the dishes and mugs is a health and safety hazard as they are all chipped and damaged, using the AC is 2 euros per day, the toilet doesnt flush at all and we had to use buckets of water, the terrace is literally on the asfalt… There are way better places on Vis for this price …" ~Karla
