"Pros: Flat is spacious; bedrooms are big and there's a nice view from the balcony
Cons: Getting the keys to get in has been the most challenging experience I've ever had to do. When you book there are no instructions how to get it. You get a message that an email from NOVASOL will folow, but I never received anything.
The phone number listed is Danish; when you call they only speak in Danish so there's no way to communicate.
Emails and messages I sent never got a reply.
The check-in part needs to be completely reviewed because as it stands it creates a lot of stress for the guest."
