"Pros: This cute studio apartment was wonderful for our stay in Rovinj. It is so centrally located that it is easy to get everywhere - the old town, the taxi/bus stand, the beach, restaurants, shopping - you name it, it's walking distance. Despite that, the street was very quiet at night! That was a huge bonus. The studio uses its small space very efficiently. Just about everything you would need is included. The bathroom was nice with lots of counterspace, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved the rooftop terrace - it has a beautiful view of the church and the sea. In the mornings, it was the perfect place to sit and sip a cup of coffee (until the sun came out and it was too hot to sit there!). At night, it was a beautiful viewpoint for the stars. You could even hear music coming from the town square. Overall - a small space, but a beautiful one! Cons: Fair warning - the studio is on the highest floor of this three-story building, and it has a narrow spiral staircase. We managed to get our suitcases up, but anyone with mobility issues would find it hard to access this property. There is a drying rack provided for clothes, but no washing machine, so if you have towels/swimsuits from the beach they would have to be washed by hand (maybe providing a washbowl would be nice). The floor also got dirty easily from the wet things dripping, so providing a Swiffer or mop in addition to the broom/dustpan would be helpful. Also, the wifi was really slow and we ended up using data to access the internet instead - not a big deal, but it would be an easy fix!" ~Ana
