"Pros: The location is good, it is a quiet area. There is a path down to the sea, couple of minutes walk. The house looks nice; it's clean, simple but comfortable. There is a nice large garden, with parking possibilites. In the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and there is an outdoor table with chairs on the balcony, too. The flat has an airconditioning unit. The linens were nice and made of cotton. The double bed had a double duvet. Mobile reception for calls was fine. The price was good. Cons: WiFi was unusable most of the time. The owner uses the service provider's device which cannot handle more than about 10-12 devices, and the full house usually have much more, so you have good chance to have no internet the whole time, also no signal in some rooms. The response from owner: yes I know, in summer it doesn't work. The microwave has been broken (electrically) visibly for a while, I complained about it over the phone and there was no reaction from owner. The way of communication was one-way only: I sent email, called or sent sms, the owner didn't write back, didn't call, didn't answer the message. The toilet uses little water, often we had to flush several times, it is pretty inconvenient to have to wait for the tank to get filled up again and again. The air conditioning unit is on the corridor opposite to the entrance, all rooms open up from the corridor. The procedure: you close the kitchen door and the bathroom door and leave the doors of the bedrooms open and after some hours the air gets cooled down in the bedrooms. Don't forget to start in time otherwise you can forget about privacy and everyone can enjoy snoring noises. ;)" ~Monika
