"Pros: Absolutely fantastic, we staying near Split but wanted to see waterfalls in Rastoke and stay there overnight as it is a long drive. I found this place and booked it for one night. I wish I booked it for longer. It was easy to find, The host Ivan was very friendly and very polite guy he came with keys of this beautiful house to show us the property. And yes we and our two dogs just loved it. Cons: Very good location, spotlessly clean, you have everything what you need for even long stay there , lots of restaurants around , very close to Plitvice lakes and Rastoke, lots of activities around this place and it is very welcome" ~Dusan

"Pros: Everything was good! Beds were comfortable, the couch too. The room was full of utilities, from the “moka” for coffee to fridge, freezer and all the towels. During the day it’s hot, during the night mild (we slept with the duvet!). Free parking, extreme flexiboloty from the host (she leaves in the same building) and full comfortable. Plitvicka lakes are very near (10’ or less with car). In 2’ there’s a big grocery story with many other little shops, in 1’ a little grocery store. Not many restaurant to go, but that’s not an apartment’s deficit… (we recommend Bistro Plum, if you’d like to gift you a good dinner, that is 5/6’ away in the direction to Plitvice). The price was superb! Thanks to the host! Cons: Just a noye about the description of how to get there, a bit tricky. Be sure to search “Apartment Jancic” in “Grabovac” in Google Maps and you’ll get there (you have to take a little road in Grabovac)" ~Pierfilippo
