"Pros: Fantastic! Great family owned and run villa, we had a great holiday here…owners were quick to reply to any queries, the sofa was amazingly comfortable so we even chose to sleep on there most nights! Air con was fabulous and cooled whole place down. There was everything and loads MORE available in the villa everything you could think of needing was there. Wi-Fi connection was strong, there was Netflix, YouTube, PlayStation all available. Pool was great and could be warmed up. Summer kitchen was great as had a fridge in and could get refreshments close to pool. There was a freezer which was good for when we wanted to cook a quick dinner instead of go out. Dishwasher/ washing machine ect all there. Pool table and basket ball was loads of fun, there was a hot tub but we didn’t use it. Sun loungers very comfy. Beds and pillows were comfy Cons: You’ll need a car to get to the supermarket/bus as there’s no public transport and villa is in basically middle of nowhere-this wasn’t a problem for us as we had our car with us. The villa could do with some extra security - door lock didn’t feel the strongest which did make us feel a little on edge" ~Tyler

"Pros: Accommodation was absolutely perfect. Marija and Milan are great hosts, they truly care about their visitors and make you feel like part of the family. We arrived late due to snow storm and Marija was up all night waiting for us at the house. She was very understanding and helpful. She also prepared a great breakfast for us with ham, cheeses and fresh bread. She also baked a cake for us, it was delicious. During our stay she provided xmas treats for us as well as departure present: dry figs, wine and olive oil. The house is a charming accommodation in a small village close to the see. We visited in the winter season and walked to the sea in the Svety Petar with our dog. There is an easy access to the sea with sandy beach in a quiet little village. House has a big private swimming pool and a large Jacuzzi, which was a treat to use in the winter time. Just sitting in and watching the stars.....House has a lot of shaded space with a large table near big fireplace, terrace in front of the master bedroom with chairs and table in front of the main entrance. Everybody can find their own little piece of Croatia here while relaxing. House has 2 floors, downstairs is fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven connected to the living room with fire place and main bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and separate bathroom. Master bedroom has a separate entrance and devoted bathroom. All shown in pictures on the booking.com site. Available is also playroom with billiard, football and gym equipment. House is very clean and nicely decorated in mint green and rose color. Position of the house is great in making trips to near surroundings, we visited pre-xmass Zadar with singing organ and UNESCO structures, next day drove to Split with beautiful old town and port and seeing the Plitivce lakes (wonderful site in the winter time) and Krka waterfalls. All trips were a short distance from the house on the highway. House is located on the side road, no traffic, only a home animals. Cons: Everything was perfect, nothing to improve." ~Petra

"Pros: Perfect villa for a family vacation. Kind owners with excellent hospitality. Marija was waiting us with cold cuts, bread, some beer, wine, even with a home-made cheesecake. Milan brought us to a boat ride to watch dolphins and swim in the sea. He also cooked peka (Croatian food speciality) for us one day and Marija made a Monte cake. Close to the sea and great restaurants, yet very quiet. The whole family had a great time there. Cons: -" ~Péter
