Add an extremely helpful host (Barbara went out of her way to make sure the house was ready ahead of time because I was arriving early, and even set up a backup plan for me in case that wouldn't work) and a fully equipped kitchen (those details matter), and you get a recipe for a perfect stay in a charming Dalmatian town." ~Ivan
