"Pros: Just about everything: a lovely little villa in a very quiet village. The three-bedroom villa is well-equipped and lovingly decorated, the pool is great and the garden is very spacious and green, with lots of room for our kids and dog to run around. The villa is basically at the end of a very quiet street, so there is practically no traffic. There are no other houses on three sides, and although there is another villa overlooking the garden on the fourth side, its windows are translucent, so effectively the garden is private. There is a lovely little konoba just 50m from the villa, there's a little supermarket 5 minutes away in Sveti Lorec, and it's very easy to drive to Porec, Rovinj or anywhere else in Istria. We had a fantastic week and didn't want to leave.
Cons: The beds are quite firm. I would suggest the owners consider adding a layer of eggshell foam or similar to make them a bit softer.
This is not really a negative, but note when viewing this property on Booking.com that there are in fact two villas advertised together, and the photos are mixed up. We booked this on the basis of some of the photos that turned out to be of the other (two-bedroom) villa, although we ended up being very happy with our villa. To be clear on which photos are of which villa, you need to scroll down to the Availability section and click on the links to the "Two-bedroom villa" or the "Three-bedroom villa" under Accommodation Type. It would be more helpful if they were listed separately. My review is for the three-bedroom villa." ~Simeon
