"Pros: Location is excellent and apartment was spacious and comfy. Really liked having a kitchenette, especially a refrigerator. And, having a washing machine, although we were at the beginning of our trip so didn't need it. (But some simple instructions for use of the washing machine might help Americans - our machines are different than European ones, and I find the icon buttons a bit confusing.) Cons: My very techie husband could not figure out how to use the TV, so maybe printed instructions for this, too, might help other guests. He tried several things but never got it working. Maybe it was just broken. Also, the bathroom sink drain is very slow, so it needs to be snaked or chemically cleaned out." ~Judi

"Pros: I liked the location of the property, smack in a Centre of Zagreb near the Jelacic Trg; close to many shops, supermarkets, cafes and cultural institutions within a short walking distance. WIFI worked very well. Good size bathroom (only shower). The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Property was carpeted throughout and warm, pleased because I stayed when the minus temperatures were outside. It has a balcony which I didn't use; the view is at the back of the property. The kitchen has a fridge, a hot plate and microwave. IRUNDO agency staff were excellent in communication. Cons: Couldn't fault my apartment. However, the apartment is on the fourth floor of the building (over 100 steps). No fault of the agency but the lift is not in working order. Something to consider depending on the level of fitness." ~Mrs
