"Pros: Everything as advertised and the price was one of the best available on booking.com. There was no point in taking pictures, since everything was as stated, and the available photos depict the true without improving it at all. The apartment is large enough and, with its 2 bedroom and a livingroom, is perfect for a family with at least one child. The kitchen has almost everything one could need, which makes this apartment a good option for longer staying also. The owner's parents live in the same building and were there to assist us in everything we needed. Besides the apartment being large and well compartimented, we were given plenty of towels and bed linens. A box of fruit juice and a pack of chocolate are not much of an expense for the owners, but are a nice touch that we appreciated and are grateful for. From now on, should we get to Zagreb, this would be definitely our first choice fost staying in. Cons: There were no major issues, but there is couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, the kettle is malfunctioning because of some imperfect electronics contact(s) in its base. We managed to get hot water from it but, truth be told, that kettle really needs repairing or replacement. Secondly, the simplest filter coffee machine - if not an espresso machine - would do a great job. It is not an expensive device for the owner, but it would be very appreciated by the guests that currently have only the option of boiling water and pouring it over some little Turkish coffee available on the spot. Also, though we didn't miss or need them, there seemed to be no sugar or salt available on the spot." ~Alex.
