"Pros: Extremely warm host and welcoming treats. The house was waiting for us, warm, perfectly clean,and beautifully renovated. All is new; the fireplace gives you an extra warm and cozy feeling. We enjoyed the kitchen- extra equipped and modern but the main event is the fire-place cozy living room. Just a few kilometers from Lake Lokve, Eva restaurant (excellent food), this house, surrounded by forest is a perfect place to rest. And really beautiful, clean and well equipped house to stay. Cons: We hoped snow will fall. That would be just perfect setup for this house." ~Fekete

"Pros: We had a lovely experience at the holiday house, surrounded by beautiful nature that made our stay truly enjoyable. The setting was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Cons: There was an interesting situation that occurred after our departure, as it may be helpful for future guests. Shortly after leaving, the owners contacted us claiming that our dog had damaged the bottom part of the door. Given that our elderly dog has no history of such behavior, we were uncertain about the claim. Although the owners insisted it wasn’t necessary for us to return and inspect the damage, we decided to go back since we were only 45 minutes away. Upon arrival, we saw the already repaired door (picture attached). The owners informed us that a handyman had come and gone, which was surprising since it was a Sunday—a day when repairs are typically not scheduled in Croatia, especially on such short notice. Additionally, we learned that the owners initiated a claim through Booking.com immediately after our departure, even though they hadn’t even received an invoice from the handyman. Interestingly, Booking.com seemed to know the repair cost despite the fact that the owners told us they did not specify it because they had no invoice. Almost a month later, the invoice has finally been produced so we settled it not wanting further complications." ~Igy09
