"Pros: The location was ideal for us as it is close to Kennedy Street and easy to get any supermarket items and many good standard restaurants. Easy to access the beach and local beach bars. Cons: The property needs to improve general maintenance, the wifi is basic, the towels need to be updated. There is only one bathroom, although there is a ground floor restroom. The entrance to the property by car is annoying and a clicker to raise the security gate was not provided." ~Harry

"Pros: Lovely apartment with everything that you could want. Irina and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Located just a few minutes from all the restaurants and bars in Kaparis. Cons: The view when sitting outside was just of the flats opposite, which appeared to be residential. They could be quite noisy at times, but nothing to worry about." ~Martin

"Pros: The villa is exactly as on the photos, very beautiful and clean. The location is great, near beaches , restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is little bit cold in April but we still enjoyed it. The communication with host was very smooth. The area is great and quiet. Cons: The blankets is extremely uncomfortable, it’s lacking the duvet cover and it’s very hard to use it." ~Tatyana
