This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that: -use of the hot tub is at extra charge. -the use of air-condition units and the use of electricity consumption up to 300 Kilowatt per week is included. Further consumption is charged 30 cent per kilowatt. -the use of 20 tons of water per week. Further consumption of water is charged EUR 2 per ton. -central heating is provided at the extra charge of EUR 20 per day.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
