"Pros: It was a pleasure to stay at the apartment "Beautiful apartment near the beach in Larnaca". We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is clean with new furniture and comfortable beds, it has everything you need for a stay of the whole family or a group of friends. Two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and dining room and a large terrace. The apartment also has its own parking space, which is important if you have rented a car. Communication with the owner was friendly and excellent with detailed instructions before our arrival and during our stay. An excellent starting point for visiting Larnaca as well as other sights of beautiful Cyprus. Cons: We had no complaints." ~Zoran

"Pros: I liked everything! I only communicated with the owner/company via whatsapp, but it was very good, I found the location and the keys easily. For my family, the location was perfect, away from noise (even though it was quite close to the airport, we didn't hear anything from inside), it allowed us to take long walks, the beach is close, public transport is on the stairs... The apartment was clean, with bright rooms, big enough with a big enough terrace. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. I also had a washing machine. For the price paid, it was definitely a best buy. Cons: In the bathroom I found quite a lot of red dust, probably from the recent cutting of the tiles with an angle grinder - I considered this more of an accident than a problem, we cleaned it (partially), I didn't inform the host. I think a vacuum cleaner would be useful..." ~Florin

"Pros: We liked room size, kitchen, all necessary equipment was there. Beautiful view through the balcony, could see landing airplanes, sunrises and the sea. Calm part of Larnaca. There is a local shop downstairs. Cons: Didn’t like the corridor - was like in a dormitory. The neighbours kept their full garbage bags all week in the staircase. The pigeons lived in balcony and pooped there :) the building is very cold in december, we needed to keep conditioners during night and that made some noise. The sinks were flooded in the bathroom and in the kitchen." ~Ramune
