"Pros: Located just outside of Platres this duplex is a good location for any family wanting to explore the area. Upstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs is three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The balcony is quite spacious, however, it was too cold outside during our stay to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked enough to cook your own meals. Free onsite parking in front of the property. Furniture is dated but clean and comfortable. AC/heaters in every room. Strong wifi. Outside of getting our check-in instructions, we had no direct contact with the property managers who operate the rental other than a random email & WhatsApp message offering properties for sale. We have never experienced this on Booking before so it just seemed odd. Cons: The only concern that came up is the lack of hot water in the downstairs bathroom with the tub. This was less of an issue in the other bathrooms." ~Bb
