"Pros: Good apartment with plenty of parking space. Cons: Numerous small, yet annoying things: 1) Unlocking door is tricky, as the key jams up a bit. Meaning a full twist to the right sometimes unlocks the door and sometimes comes to hard stop. 2) No extra trash bags nor toilet paper. Left us puzzled and googling for the nearest shopping center. 3) Floor is very cold, rooms are cold in Jan/Feb, especially at night. Heating has a "boost" for up to two hours, which was not enough. Same with hot water. Forget to "boost" and enjoy a cold shower in the morning. 4) As other visitors mentioned, windows don't block any noise and it's like you are sleeping in the street next to speeding cars (with all windows closed) 5) British ppl downstairs and on the other same floor apartment (joint balcony) were chain smoking for extended lengths of time. We, as non-smokers with a 2-year old disliked this forced passive smoking quite a bit." ~Kęstutis
