"Pros: Literally 7 min walking or 1 minutes by car towards beachfront & walking area. Near all amenities & Mall. It’s clean, has air conditioners. We’ve been in November and it rained all day, despite this the water in bathroom was boiling and good water pressure, we didn't even turn the heating on.
At night, as balcony door was opened we had a visitor - local cat 🐈⬛))) but she left once seen us.
Cons: The view goes towards complex & from pool at night lights a bit disturbing , if you want to open shutters and door."

The owner is amazing and always available for any questions or recommendations.
