"Pros: The property is new, rooms are spacious, views are a treat. Staff is friendly and happy to help with anything. It is beautiful in many ways, but EXTREMELY boring. Cons: The room was freezing when we arrived, and there was no way to adjust that. This was however fixed on the second day of our stay. The shower is leaky. The location is secluded and boring, nothing to do around, and a lot of walking involved which may be a big issue for older people. Very limited food choices during winter, all restaurants closed except the Japanese." ~Alisa

"Pros: The location was great. We received a free upgrade from a 3 bed to a 5 bedroom villa. All the staff were extremely helpful and made so many adjustments to ensure there was food for my son which caterer Ed to his numerous allergies. The WhatsApp messaging service is a great idea and something I've never seen at any hotel. Cons: Nothing." ~Ajith
