"Pros: Great accommodation and even better owner. The flat was located in a good location, close to all the important roads. There is a market across the street. The flat had all the equipment that was essential for operation and very clean. The room is larger than in the pictures and has a terrace. It's easy to sign up. The owner was accommodating to all requests, including a tour recommendation and an explanation of how to find accommodation. The owner is a 10."

"Pros: What a very special place this is. From our initial contact with Gregoria, our host, everything was handled perfectly and efficiently. Not only is she a delightful and professional host, she hits the nail on the head in providing everything one needs for a superb stay.
The house is very large and spacious, with a fantastic living space of lounge/dining room/kitchen which is where we spent most of our time, as well as entertaining friends. My husband is an excellent cook and he made great use of the kitchen which had everything he needed to create delicious meals, and it was nice to have the open-plan space where we could all hang out.
We spent three weeks here during the colder season in Cyprus and had some concerns about being warm but our concerns were completely unfounded. There's an air-conditioning/heating unit in every room (as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room) and we were toasty warm the entire time.
Bedrooms are also large and roomy (with a walk-in wardrobe that could easily be another bedroom!) and the rooftop terrace is a lovely touch (though we didn't get to use it, other than to dry our laundry, which we did in the washing machine at the house).
The house is pretty much in the heart of the village of Xylophagu which we enjoyed exploring, and discovered one of the best bars we've encountered anywhere in the world: Sigiries. Do make a point of visiting and meeting the charming host, Kyri.
There's really nothing missing from this property that we would have needed and Gregoria was fantastic from start to finish -- on hand if ever we needed anything but discreetly absent at all times."
