"Pros: Practically everything
- location was perfect - close to the center, Špílberk and Kraví hora, efficient public transport, small local shops around;
- apartment was clean and nice;
- Pavla was responsive, everything went smoothly.
Cons: Parking the car was a bit of an adventure, one needs to find a place in the streets around (I was lucky) and crack how the payment system works (zones, means of payment). No elevator would not be an issue, but combined with a lot of baggage, sleeping children and no right to park in front of the apartment it became a bit of an adrenaline experience to get everything to the apartment. But doable.
Shower drain smelled a bit."

"Pros: A big and modern apartment. Air conditioning and clean.
Cons: NO lift for the fifth floor apartment. No nearby restaurant and only a tiny grocery.
Kitchen looks modern but lacking necessary facilities like cutting knives. We used normal dinning knife to cut the bread. The bathroom has no normal shower. Checking out time is early! Parking is not available and the public parking garage about 3 km away."
