"Pros: Wonderful hosts! I had some great conversations with them during my brief stay, about nature and music. Be ready for some real small-town hospitality: some of the best I've had when traveling in that part of Europe. The room had good lighting, great view, and felt secure. It's a quiet town - Janov. Away from the markets down by the river. I feel like it was a great deal. Cons: No cons about the hotel itself. Be aware that it may look close to Hrensko on a map, but it's actually a bit of a hike with some elevation. Luckily, I don't mind a walk. There is a direct bus from Decin and Hrensko. I don't want this to be a discouragement, just a head's up: they do require part of the bill to be paid in advance as a bank transfer deposit. This takes some finagling, at least for American banks. Not the first time I've done this in the Czech Republic." ~Julius
