"Pros: We have stayed for one night stand only but we really enjoyed the communication with hotel and staff was really friendly. They gave us an opportunity as for the first guests to choose the room type. We also enjoyed big bathroom and shower which was bigger than normal. Free parking and good breakfast was big plus.
Cons: The bed was not that comfortable but it depends what type of bed you prefer. Also the distance was about 30 minutes walk from the center but we counted with this so no problem at all. The reception is not opened for 24/7 but we had a keys."

Cons: The flat is souterrain, so there is a little smell and temperature jumps that are common for such set ups. In case you are easily irritated by smells it might be a challenge for you in the longer stay"

"Pros: We visited this property, a family of 6 people. It was one of the best properties that I have ever visited. The area has mazing nature and calm atmosphere. It is adjacent to the Karlovy Vary city, about 10 min by car to the center. The owner family is super kind and welcoming. The property is well equipped, furniture, equipment, heating and wifi. Housekeeping is perfect and the flat is well orgnized and clean. The garden is so nice, calm, equipped with benches, tables, and BBQ tools. There is a private parking place. The total rating is perfect, and I strongly recommend this place to everyone who likes to spend amazing vacation. The most lovely is the great owner family. I am sure we will visit this property again.
