"Pros: The ladies at reception were wonderful.
Parking is behind the building and you actually have a sign on your spot. Dont forget to book it as there are limited spots.
The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom (room 1) looked very new and is quite large.
Bed is big and very comfortable, great nights sleep.
It is very close to the old market square and from there you can explore or eat in that area.
It was quite a hot day 34c and the room had no A/C, but there was a fan in the room and it was all that was needed.
Breakfast is a really big spread and all so good!
Cons: Parking is not easy to locate when you arrive. It is actually around the back of the building on the side that has the bar/ restauarant on the corner. I just pulled up and went in side and asked and it took less than a minute to be shown.
There are about 10 steps to reception, so keep that in mind if you have a heavy bag. We were on that level but there could be another above?"

"Pros: The apartment was clean, conveniently located street parking more or less in front of the door, convenient for access to the centre of Kutna Hora. The furnishings were tasteful, some infrastructure within walking distance.
Cons: The kitchen outfitting was a bit sparse. There was a surcharge for the dog, in the morning there was quite an active building site across the (narrow) street. No airconditioning, it was quite a warm night."

"Pros: Very spacious room and clean. The lady who welcomed us and gave us the key was very friendly. We were lucky to have found a parking spot right in front of the property on the street, and it was also for free.
Cons: We stayed on the ground floor, could hear upstairs when they were walking/running (not sure what was happening), so the sound proof was a bit poor. But I guess for old houses like this, it is quite common. The toilet is weirdly high .. when I was sitting on it my feet couldn’t reach the floor.. (I am 170cm). We stayed only for one night as this city was one of our stop over on the trip, it would be the best for a family who would stay for a bit longer so you enjoy the best of it."
