"Pros: - large size apartment - kitchen has all the utensils needed and more (we did not use it though, we only stayed 1 night) -large bathroom - mostly clean - we could pay in local currency. - there is no deposit required, as opposed to booking.com conditions for the property. Cons: - a bit dirty near the head of the bed, and under the double bed. - guest room a bit neglected, in need of rennovation (floors, add window blinds or dark curtains for the night) - Not enough curtains/blinds to block out the blaring street lights at night. - inconsistent information between apartment conditions description and reality. (Payment option also payable in Czech crowns, there was no deposit demanded) - lack of communication from owner/housekeeper. - the key handover was too quick, I couldn't ask questions about the area. The woman was in so much hurry. - the woman with the keys arrived late because she did not check my messages, both text and b.com. Once I called her she did not understand a word of English. Good thing I spoke some Czech. I would not have made a comment about this, if it wasn't for the fact that she literally rushed through everything, in a big hurry to run away, even though she was not specific about how long she would get to the apartment to give me the keys and handle administrative tasks." ~R.
