"Pros: The flat was warm and cozy and very spacious for two people.
The facilities were great and the location was fantastic.
Cons: The front door to the building was out of order and didn't open with the electric key. So we on 2 occasions were locked out in the freezing cold!!
I asked for a key to the front door but was denied one. The owner should make copies immediately to be available for the next tenant/s."
