"Pros: The location is in between the Hbf and old town, making it's very convenient to walk around. The facilities are very good. the toilets and shower room are clean. I can sleep deeply during my stay. The staff is friendly and supportive. Cons: What is not very convenient is that the reception is not opened all the time. We need to call to the staff to open the door for us to drop the backpack before the check in time. The towel has some unpleasant smell." ~Chanokpon
