Residence Trafick is located near Eden shopping mall, only 14 minutes walking from EDEN Stadium and 5.5km from Old Town Square. It offers free WiFi on the entire property. The house was newly built in 2018. Fully equipped studios and apartments are air-conditioned and provide a flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, coffee machine, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a safe. Guests of the Residence Trafick can enjoy the breakfast combination of buffet and "on request" - we will prepare breakfast in the kitchen as per the guest's wish. The residence is equipped with an internal underground garage with a capacity of 26 parking spaces, including a handicapped parking space. The car park is under constant CCTV surveillance. The guests can easily and securely park a large car as well. Tram stops in Plynární Street and takes the guests in 20 minutes to Wenceslas Square. The bus stops in front of the residence and reaches the metro A - green line, Želivského stop within 5 minutes.

Please inform Residence Trafick in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 210 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 4 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 15 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 16 years old and over stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
