"Pros: Pretty, clean and spacey apartment that was properly heated. The apartment was located near the bus/tram stops and the Andel Metro. The building felt safe at all times. Would definitely recommend it. Cons: The only thing I would change is the pillows. They were too soft for my liking." ~Emmanouil

"Pros: It was a comfortable, spacious and warm hotel. It was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in and therefore highly recommend it. The rooms were great and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning as there is a good spread and choice. The local neighbourhood is nice and it very easy to get everywhere via the tram (and even by foot). Reception staff were brilliant. Nothing was any trouble. They were welcoming, and very helpful by organising our transfers to the airport. We would 100% stay here again. Cons: Nothing as everything was great. A nice to have / small suggestion for improvement would only be a hook or two for hanging up large winter coats (for when you don’t want to hang these with clothes in the wardrobe).
