"Pros: I liked that the host was quick at responding to messages. The apartment was better than my family expected and had many household facilities. Very good location, which made it easy for us to walk to most places. The rooftop was lovely to watch the sunset or to just chill. Fotex is right under the apartment building, which was very essential."

"Pros: The stay was actually good. A comfortable apartment on a nice location in town.
Cons: I would really urge you to improve the check-in and check-out procedure. I have rented many apartments in my life and this is the first time that the distance for picking up the key is 45 minutes from the apartment. Without mentioning it in the advertisement of the apartment this is unacceptable for travelers!
Novasol was not flexible at all in trying to arrange alternatives to pick-up the key.
A key-box, electronic lock, or collaboration with a location in Aarhus might solve this issue and will improve the stay enormously."
