"Pros: The instructions to retrieve the key to the room were spot on. However, we were a bit confused with where to enter the door code. There is a big fire alarm box to the right of entry door that we initially thought was the place to enter the door code. But quickly realized that the door code pad was to the left side of the entry door. The keys were inside the lock box in the basement, as described. The property manager was EXTREMELY helpful and answered all our questions prior to arrival. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this property and would highly recommend. It is outside the old city but we had a car, so no problem. I think there is a train stop in the near area for those without a car. Cons: We were in Apt. 8 and I think that instruction on where to find apartment 8 could have been better communicated. Single digit rooms are location outside the building. And, apartment 8 was actually in the back of the building. It was a bit confusing at night. We wandered around for a long time trying to find the room and had to ask other guests where our room was, which no one knew. Room in the front of the building are odd numbers, room in the rear of the building are even numbers." ~Jen
