"Pros: The stay was actually good. A comfortable apartment on a nice location in town. Cons: I would really urge you to improve the check-in and check-out procedure. I have rented many apartments in my life and this is the first time that the distance for picking up the key is 45 minutes from the apartment. Without mentioning it in the advertisement of the apartment this is unacceptable for travelers! Novasol was not flexible at all in trying to arrange alternatives to pick-up the key. A key-box, electronic lock, or collaboration with a location in Aarhus might solve this issue and will improve the stay enormously." ~Asha

"Pros: Good location and nice old fashioned apartment. Cons: The key pickup and drop off is in another city and it takes 40mins by the L1 metro (Logten stop) from central station one way to get there. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional on part of the hosts. I had to rent another hotel for a night as I was coming directly from the US via train from Copenhagen. There is no microwave or iron in the apartment. The apartment was not clean and sheets/linen were dirty. No information on washing machines were provided. There is a washing machine in the basement and you can get to it through the back door and by going down the old school small stairs. I figured this out by asking some kind neighbors. Novasol didn't know this and told me to find a laundromat elsewhere. No internet password was provided. Luckily Novasol did know about this and provided me the wifi code." ~Waseem
