"Pros: I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The apartment was clean, it had every amenity that we needed, the location was great and we felt safe. The host was responsive to every question and request we had. Whenever we did reach out to him he responded within a few minutes and provided us with great information to enhance our stay. His superior service made our trip even better. I will definitely stay at this apartment again on future trips to Copenhagen. We could not be happier that we selected this location/host. Cons: The ONLY negative is the lack of an elevator. There are 95 steps from the building entrance to the apartment. It was not a problem for me and my party but it would make the apartment difficult for elderly guests or those with special needs." ~Raymond

"Pros: Location was great, with easy access to the Metro station and based in the city. It was really clean and well stocked with plates, cups etc. Cons: There are a LOT of stairs to get up to the apartment. One of the bedrooms is only accessible by walking through another bedroom. Light switches were hard to find." ~Mf12

"Pros: Location is fantastic. atmosphere at the hotel is great. Well equipped gym for a hotel. Staff, especially at the bar was very pleasant. Cons: Perhaps the room was missing a water boiler for some tea or coffee." ~Wouter
