"Pros: Everything, the hotel is perfect for travellers visiting Copenhagen. Perfectly set up to accommodate all our needs, great large room with a big comfortable bed. Breakfast had plentiful options, coffee available 24/7, luggage storage also. The staff were really friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had regarding visiting the area. The location is perfect, literally a two minute walk from train station and Metro. Restaurants, cafes and shop close by. Cons: There was one niggling little thing that bothered me, and this was regarding the lighting in the room. The main very bright light had to be switched on in order for the bathroom light to work, which meant a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was an illuminating experience. We did get round this by using the torch on our phones 🤣." ~Roy

"Pros: Great location round the corner from the train station and easy walking distance to the centre. Very clean and pleasant hostel. Cons: The location of the plug sockets in our room was odd with two placed behind the pillow on the bed. This didn’t affect our overall experience though." ~Stephen

"Pros: The hotel was a pleasant surprise from the standard commercial hotels that can become quite sterile over time. This one was so homely, staff was great, location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again when I visit Copenhagen. Cons: A couple of more lifts, having one only was a bit of a challenge." ~Robina

"Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable beds Cons: Some of the reception staff could be a little more conversational or cheerful. 'No 'how was your flight'' or offer any attempt to engage other than where our room was and when breakfast was served. No thank you or even a goodbye when we left. Pretty basic customer service. The gentleman who was on duty Friday night took the time to chat with us which was nice." ~Ewang
