"Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable beds
Cons: Some of the reception staff could be a little more conversational or cheerful. 'No 'how was your flight'' or offer any attempt to engage other than where our room was and when breakfast was served. No thank you or even a goodbye when we left. Pretty basic customer service. The gentleman who was on duty Friday night took the time to chat with us which was nice."

"Pros: Everything, the hotel is perfect for travellers visiting Copenhagen.
Perfectly set up to accommodate all our needs, great large room with a big comfortable bed.
Breakfast had plentiful options, coffee available 24/7, luggage storage also.
The staff were really friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had regarding visiting the area.
The location is perfect, literally a two minute walk from train station and Metro.
Restaurants, cafes and shop close by.
Cons: There was one niggling little thing that bothered me, and this was regarding the lighting in the room.
The main very bright light had to be switched on in order for the bathroom light to work, which meant a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night was an illuminating experience.
We did get round this by using the torch on our phones 🤣."

All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs- free WiFi- workspace- chair and wardrobe hanging. In the bathrooms you will have at your disposal shower- toilet- mirror- hair dryer- body/hair shampoo and underfloor heating. Every morning a delicious breakfast buffet is served on the 1st floor and for those on the go there is always -coffee to go- at the reception. The reception is open 24/7- where drinks and snacks are offered to satisfy the slight hunger. Additional information - Must provide the hotel with the security code on the credit card. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
