Cons: We had a 5 day stay at first we get the room 17 28 which was too small and not what we had in mind when we booked after talking to the reception we get another room 907 which was very good. The problem what we faced was with the cleanliness because the hotel policy said that we had to declare CLEANLINESS. It does not mean a guest with a stay of 5 days to ask for cleaning the papers in the TOILETS. who will clean them?
who it will collect them the moment the bin is too small, the same in the office SPACE.
On the third day of our stay we asked from reception cleaning something which was not done on the fourth day I asked again cleaning which again was not done and I had to talk to the girl who cleaned the floors who agreed with the reception and did a cleaning which which consisted of cleaning the basket from the toilet and trash in general and changing towels. I believe the company policy for cleaning it is completely wrong, it is not possible for your customer to have the same towel in the bathroom for 5 days of stay and gross the baskets, this is considered very wrong in a hotel like yours. in all the rest we are very pleased with the kindness of the staff, from the service in the restaurant and from the facilities, everything was perfect. the only complaint had to do with the cleanliness and the facilities in the room."

"Pros: I loved that it was very spacious and the location was greatttt!! really close to tivoli gardens and other main attractions. the staff were also very helpful and friendly and they helped us with everything we needed.
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t the best at all. It feels very old. The water pressure of the shower was not great and really annoying to figure out. The bathroom was very basic with very limited space for toiletries or to hang clothes up."
