"Pros: 1. Location is good if you have a car. Bus 17 to the city goes every hour. Bus to the airport in 30 minutes walk. Nice beach nearby. Nearest supermarket in 15-20 min walking. 13 km to Aarhus, it was a nice hike along the sea. 2. Quiet area 3. The house could be very nice and beautiful with good management. It's well equipped with cooking appliensies but you have to buy many basics like soap, salt, hair dryer, towels and even bed linen yourself. It could be acceptable for long stay but very uncomfortable for the short stay like my one, travelling only with the small backpack and no car. Cons: 1.Bed linen and towels were missing at all. 2.Dirty beds (due to point 1), many house areas also dirty. Hair and spiders everywhere. Looks like no house cleaning was performed for ages. The house is old and neglected. 3.Terrible support and communication. Owner replied next day and didn't answer my questions and resolve the problems. They promiced to come and clean the house, but nobody came. 4.Hair dryer missing. 5.Hard to find. Location differs from the one set in booking for few km! Correct one was sent via automatic message right before arrival. I'd book another place if knew the location when booking. 6.They texted tons of unuseful information but I had to look for 10 minutes in total darkness where to turn on the electricity on arrival. Why not to put useful hints near the front door in your instructions book? 7. Window and door on the kitchen were partly broken, it was really hard to use them." ~Kseniia
