Holiday cottage with swimming pool located in a scenic area approx. 5 km south of Løkken. The house was renovated and modernised in 2014 and has open concept living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle and underfloor heating and a swimming pool.
Traditional furnishings in Danish cottage style with light, modern furniture. The large window sections provide a lot of light all day. For extra and cheap heating, and also for cosy evenings, there is a wood-burning stove. There is a glass wall separating living room and pool room, making it easy to observe the children.
The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing.
From the living room you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun, relax in the shade or have cosy barbecues.
The plot is slightly hilly and partly surrounded by plantings making it suited for ball games etc.
