"Pros: The outside property is clean and well kept. The location is perfect for beach and shopping. Cons: The unit I was in was not clean, lacking in basic kitchen equipment, washer/dryer needed cleaning, coffee maker was full of scale and tv was tiny. On the other hand, my sister’s unit was fabulous. So, take your chances." ~Joanne
