"Pros: Spacious enough for 3 adults & 3 kids (Queen size beds, so for 7 adults it would be too small in my opinion. But perfect for a family with smaller kids/ teenagers). The location was great as well, near shops, groceries stores, shopping malls, but also nearby attractions (Skagen was ~1,5h, the rest was within a couple minutes or max 1h or even walking distance). Cons: It was a bit too dusty for me (I got dust mite allergy). So the cleaning of the mattress and couch can be improved. Maybe an option to leave a vacuum cleaner, which you can use during a longer stay. Also you are not allowed to smoke but there was another neighbour or guest who was smoking downstairs and I found cigarette bug butts on the roof (the window next to the diner table)" ~Jc
