"Cons: The damage claim was not transparent at all. In the photos in was not clear what was damaged. We have never seen a single invoice. For the scratch on the dishwasher, we were charged the whole new dishwasher. Plus we paid I don't know how much for cleaning (around 200?€) and we got complaint that we did not clean well enough after ourselves." ~Lenkasva

"Pros: Nice destination, new building Cons: Upon arrival, there were dirty towels and sheets on the floor, and dirty dishes in the kitchen. (we arrived at 17:00). No one responds to the official contact. We got in contact to some worker a nearby restaurant. The solution took half a day. No one responds to email inquiries. Terrible experience." ~Petr
