"Pros: This is a scam. I paid for an apartment that didn't exist. The person running this scam came to meet me and handed me a fake pair of keys, took my money, then ran away. The apartment address is fake. He never returned my repeated calls or texts. I filed a police report the same day. I still haven't got my money back.
Cons: Booking.com needs to receive actual proof these properties exist, because this one doesn't. I'd like to be reimbursed the $400 USD that was stolen from me too. I'd be happy to provide you with a copy of the police report."
