"Pros: The hotel is very nice, family-focused and cozy with a great wellness area where we were almost every time alone. It has also well-equipped play room for kids. The only minus is that it is just under roof so many stairs to climb. Food was also delicious - breakfast bufet, a la carte dinner. Cons: The big minus for us as foreign guests was that everything was in Polish - from the food/drink menu, room guest book and mainly the receptionist, who did our check in/out, did not speak a word of English/German/Czech, therefore, hard to comunnicate with her. I would expect that today it should be a standard for such a hotel, especially if it is located in the ski resort." ~Veronika
