"Pros: the hotel is beautiful, spotless, in a great location. easy to walk to most restaurants etc. in Banos. Nice quiet location. Secure, free parking. Their Mexican food is the best I have had anywhere in Ecuador! Cons: My only complaint was their bizarre policy regarding paying by visa. If not paying by cash, they added $5 per night PER PERSON. Visa doesn't know or care how many people are staying at the hotel. Why charge more?" ~Tom
