"Pros: Location was good. Cons: We arrived around 5:00pm. The front desk girl who checked us in only spoke Spanish and my boyfriend asked her to slow down. We didn’t understand what she was saying. We both gave her credit cards but because there was suppose to be an extra $10 for the second person she (from what I garhered) gave us the cards back until she could confirm. We went to dinner, came back around 9 and the office was closed. We were tired and went to bed. At 11:30 PM we woke to the hall light coming on, the sound of a key in our lock and our hotel door opening. We jumped up, she front desk girl was rapidly speaking Spanish while we both looked at her not understanding why she was entering our room. We closed the door and said tomorrow. I later saw she has sent a WhatsApp message and tried calling around 10:00 to let us know she figured out the price and was going home. She then sent a message at 11:38 pm ‘ I apologize for the audacity of opening the door. I was leaving my work day Tomorrow I will not be in the office in the morning, but my colleague can help you by receiving the payment with the card. Could you please tell me your departure time. To inform you and help you.’ the audacity of opening our door, uninvited at 11:30 pm to say she was leaving for the night is unacceptable. I have ever had a hotel member try to come in uninvited while I was sleeping ever! Would not recommend! The room was clean with bare essentials. One towel per person and only sheets, no blankets. The WiFi password on the wall did not work. Thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!! The employees need a lesson on etiquette!" ~Charity
