"Pros: The house is on an island, accessible only by boat. They lost my suitcase at the airport and it arrived the next day while we were on an excursion. The owner of the house kindly had to go get it on the other side of the Nile because otherwise they wouldn't have taken it to the accommodation. I was very grateful for the service." ~Ana
