"Pros: It's not a hotel or hostel. It's a 3-members family house from which you'll share one bathroom and spaces. However, we stayed for 2 nights and barely saw them. They were nice and helpful, their English was perfect and you could notice their efforts to improve their house to receive guests (e.g., renowed bathroom, AC, wifi, hot water).
Pros:
- Excellent location. It's less than 10-minutes walk from the entrance of the pyramids and less than 5-minutes walk to restaurants.
- It has a nice view of the pyramids from the room.
- Great value for money. The rooms is spacious and clean.
- Good wifi.
- Local breakfast.
- You have the chance to share with local people.
- We were given a papyrus as a gift.
Cons: - Difficult to find the location. Ask the host to send you the location by Whatsapp.
- No toilet paper nor ammenities. We weren't given toilet paper during our stay, even though we asked the host several times. We ended up buying our own.
- Wet towels. Even though the towels were clean, they weren't dry when we arrived to the room.
- The mattresses could be better." ~Julián
